If you already know what you want to buy, the easiest way to find it is to type the series, book title or ISBN in any of the search boxes around the website.
To get more information about a product, click the series title to see its product information page. There you'll find:
The Shopping Basket is where you store items you intend to buy. You can always delete items or increase the number you�re ordering in the Shopping Basket or save them for later if you change your mind. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Basket" button on the item's product information page.
If you can't see an "Add to Basket" button, it's because the item isn't available from www.waylandbooks.co.uk.
When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click the "Basket contains" button at the top of the page.
To start filling in the order form, click the "Check out" button.
Tell us where to send your order, please enter all fields as required.
If your delivery and billing address are the same use the button to automatically fill the billing address fields. Please fill in the billing address fields if different from your delivery address.
Next, let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. If you're paying with a credit or debit card, enter the number without spaces or dashes and please fill out all fields as required.
Your order will not be processed until you click �confirm order�. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail containing your order number and delivery details.
All orders to the UK will be charged at �2.50 per order. Orders will be dispatched within 5 days of email confirmation.
Europe DeliveryAll orders within Europe will be charged at �7.00 per order. Orders will be dispatched by Euronet and estimated arrival will be within 1 week of email confirmation.
Rest of World DeliveryAll orders excluding the UK and Europe will be charged at �11.00 per order. Orders will be dispatched by Air Mail and estimated arrival will be within 2 weeks of email confirmation.
Returned items must reach us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund and include the invoice. Please return by recorded delivery to:

We will then refund the price and any delivery and handling charges that you have paid. However, if you return any book and it is not in saleable condition we will not be obliged to make any refund.
To return a damaged item, please contact customer services on 01235 827 720 with your invoice number. We will send you a replacement copy, and a pre-paid label to return the damaged item.
